If the defect is consistent with our warranty policy, we will replace the item free of charge and ship it to the return address you provided.
The note: If the defect does not comply with our warranty policy, you can use our repair services to have your bag repaired.

Please complete the form below to ensure that the product is indeed repairable. Each repair is individual and payment is negotiated and agreed upon before the start of the repair. Before proceeding with the repair, we will provide you with a price offer.
You will then receive a unique REP number to be included in the repair form that you include with your shipment.
