II. CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT
(a) The contract is concluded between the buyer and BARBEN and is governed by the rules of international law on the sale of goods referred to in section X (a).

(c) To place an order, the buyer must complete and submit the appropriate order form at www.barbenbags.com. An offer to purchase a product is made by the purchaser when placing a purchase order electronically.

IV. INVALID ORDERS
(a) All orders are subject to acceptance by BARBEN, which reserves the right, at its sole discretion, not to fulfill orders if:

Once the contract has been concluded in accordance with clause (e) of Section II of these General Conditions, the full amount will be debited from the buyer’s credit card.
(f) For users already registered with PayPal and having an account, payment can be made directly through their account in the system. There is no request to pre-authorize the buyer’s credit card.

At the same time, all confidential data necessary for payments by bank card (card number, holder, expiration date, security codes) will only be received by the payment provider, who will act independently, without going through the BARBEN server. VII. SUPPLY OF GOODS
(a) The goods will be delivered on time and in the manner specified by the transport company chosen by the buyer.
(b) Shipping charges are paid by the buyer separately and may vary depending on the selected delivery country. The shipping costs will be calculated for each order according to the country of destination of the product (s) ordered and the weight of the package shipped.
(c) The buyer can check the status of the delivery using a tracking code which will be sent to the buyer by email.
(d) The delivery of the goods is carried out only in the countries of which the choice is possible at the checkout in the line “delivery address”.
(e) BARBEN is not responsible for delays or non-delivery of goods by the shipping company. VIII. RIGHT TO REFUSE GOODS

(d) Product returns are excluded if they are personalized. In particular, the embroidery is applied, requested by the customer during the purchase.
(e) All costs for returning goods are the responsibility of the buyer.
IX. PURCHASE RETURNS
(a) If the return of the goods is made in accordance with the provisions of Section VIII of these General Conditions, BARBEN will refund the amount paid by the buyer for the goods in the same way that the buyer made payment. Refunds are made within 30 days from the date of the actual return of the goods to the seller.
(b) In all other cases, BARBEN will not refund the amount received for the goods sold.
X. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
(a) The General Conditions of Sale are governed by the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (Vienna Convention 1980, CISG).
